Shaun was born in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, to parents Ann and Denis Dooley.He has two younger sisters, Stephanie Dooley and Kimberly Dooley.Shaun is married to Polly Cameron Despite living in London, Shaun still attends all of Barnsley FC's home games.Shaun won the RTS Northwest award for best actor in the multi award-winning film: The Mark of Cain (2007).
